After focusing on the agro-industrial sector in the previous edition, the Embassy 2025 Business Afterwork aims to broaden its scope by highlighting all the strategic sectors defined by the National Development Plan (PND 2021-2025).

The specific objectives aim to stimulate bilateral and multilateral  engagement and cooperation, focusing on high-potential sectors and the creation of sustainable economic synergies:

• Reinforcement of the role of the Embassy of Côte d'Ivoire in Austria as a key driver of bilateral investments, consolidating its position as a strategic platform for the promotion of Côte d'Ivoire's economic interests.

• Increasing the visibility of Côte d'Ivoire's key economic and industrial sectors and highlighting their investment opportunities, thus attracting Austrian and European investors in the growth areas identified by the country.

• Facilitating the transfer of technology and know-how between Côte d'Ivoire,  Austria and central europe, contributing to the modernization and strengthening of value chains prioritized by Côte d'Ivoire's National Development Plan (NDP).

• Creation of joint-venture partnerships between Ivorian and Austrian companies, to develop industrial synergies and build productive capacity in sectors of strategic importance to all countries.

• Increasing the presence and competitiveness of Ivorian products on the European market, through targeted promotional initiatives that increase the export and awareness of Ivorian products, particularly in Austria and within the European Union.

• Enhancing the capabilities of the GotLinks digital platform, to encourage interaction, collaboration and monitoring of bilateral initiatives, thus capitalizing on the ongoing economic and commercial partnerships between Côte d'Ivoire,  Austria and central europe.
